Drivers of change are internal and external factors that exert influence on developments in a system, including organizations.

Weak signals are signals that are often misunderstood and difficult to detect. Often, these signals are forerunners to major shifts in systems and only understood on hindsight. For example, digital self-diagnosis could be an early signal of possible shifts in health care sectors.
